Property Brand

One might not typically consider that a home requires its own unique brand. For the luxury properties my clients wish to acquire, a sophisticated and thoughtfully designed identity and marketing plan can make all the difference in standing out from the competition. Every brand strives to present the property in a unique way, making it unforgettable for potential buyers.

HISTORIC ESTATE / NEW JERSEY

A project like the Crocker Mansion does not come around too often, so I really enjoyed diving into this one. Ultimately the client went with the top shown direction, a classic yet modern wordmark with a brand system that showcases the incredible architectural details throughout this estate.

The below direction focuses heavily on the historical aspect, bringing in fonts and styling that reflect the time period and style of the home. A great example of how two unique identities can be developed from the same backdrop.
